2. The Data We Collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

  • Booking data — information you provide when scheduling a call through Calendly (name, email, and any notes you add).
  • Website usage data — anonymised analytics data (pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device type) collected via Google Analytics 4, only where you have given cookie consent.
  • Client engagement data — where you become a client, business and financial data you authorise us to access for the purpose of delivering our services.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and our services are directed at businesses only.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Client Financial Data

Where clients grant us access to accounting systems (such as Accounting Systems and ERP), databases, or business files, we act on the client’s instructions and access only the data necessary to deliver the agreed services. Access credentials are stored securely, access is read-only wherever possible, and access is revoked at the end of an engagement.

5. Who We Share Data With

  • Calendly (call scheduling).
  • Our website hosting provider.
  • Microsoft (Azure, Power BI) where used to deliver client services.
  • Professional advisers, HMRC, or regulators where required by law.

6. How Long We Keep Data

  • Enquiry data: up to 12 months after our last contact.
  • Client contract and invoicing records: 6 years after the engagement ends (legal requirement).
  • Client system access and working data: deleted or returned within 30 days of the engagement ending, unless retention is agreed in writing.
  • Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing before withdrawal).
